Important Notice: This is a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and ph56 ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ph56 platform and close your account.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
2.1 By accessing ph56.asia, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and ph56.
2.2 If you access the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to this Agreement, and your acceptance constitutes acceptance by both you and that party.
2.3 ph56 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on ph56.asia. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
2.4 These Terms are published in English and, in the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
21+ Strictly Enforced. Access to ph56 and participation in real-money gaming is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is a non-negotiable requirement under PAGCOR's licensing conditions.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain a ph56 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

4.1 Each individual may register only one (1) ph56 Account. The registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or using different personal details, is strictly prohibited. ph56 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances without notice.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. ph56 is not responsible for any loss arising from your provision of inaccurate or false registration information.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ph56 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 You must notify ph56 support immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to or use of your ph56 Account. ph56 reserves the right to take any action it considers necessary to secure the account pending investigation.
4.5 Accounts are personal to the registered holder. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your ph56 Account or any portion of your balance to any third party.
5.1 ph56 is required by PAGCOR regulation and applicable Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements to verify the identity of all registered players. KYC verification is mandatory and must be completed before withdrawal requests can be processed.
5.2 ph56 accepts the following valid Philippine government-issued photo identification documents for KYC verification:
5.3 ph56 may request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, source of funds, or source of wealth declarations, in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLA requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
5.4 KYC documents submitted to ph56 are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173).
ph56 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and selected cash-in partners including 7-Eleven and SM outlets. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the ph56 cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your ph56 Wallet once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. ph56 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
All funds deposited to ph56 must originate from a payment account held in your own name. ph56 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If ph56 determines that a deposit was made from a third-party source, the deposit will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods that have been verified in the account holder's name as part of the KYC process. ph56 processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within the same business day, subject to transaction volume and banking hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three Philippine banking business days.
ph56 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawal requests that trigger AMLA reporting thresholds are subject to mandatory reporting to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
Note on Minimum Withdrawals: A minimum withdrawal amount of ₱500 applies to all ph56 withdrawal requests. Accounts that have received promotional bonus funds must complete applicable wagering requirements before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
7.1 ph56 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of this Agreement.
7.2 The following general conditions apply to all ph56 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:
7.3 Players who exploit bonuses systematically — including through coordinated wagering patterns, group play designed to reduce risk, or any strategy that ph56 deems to constitute bonus abuse — may have their bonuses forfeited, their accounts restricted to non-bonus play, or their accounts closed at ph56's sole discretion.
8.1 All ph56 games use Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. Certification covers mathematical accuracy, game integrity, and RNG quality. Certification reports are available on request.
8.2 Live dealer games at ph56 are conducted using physical playing equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated in licensed studio environments under CCTV monitoring and regulatory oversight.
8.3 Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the ph56 gaming system. In the event of a genuine technical malfunction during gameplay, ph56 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the Player's account. ph56 is not obligated to pay winnings generated as a result of a technical malfunction.
8.4 ph56 publishes game Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages in the game lobby. RTPs are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
8.5 Where ph56 determines that a Player has exploited a genuine software error, pricing error, or system glitch to generate winnings that would not have been generated under normal operating conditions, ph56 reserves the right to void such winnings and recover any amounts already paid out.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph56 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:
10.1 All content on ph56.asia — including but not limited to game software, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, user interface design, and proprietary game mechanics — is the intellectual property of ph56 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
10.2 ph56 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any ownership interest in ph56 content or intellectual property.
10.3 Any unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of ph56 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).
11.1 ph56 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. The Platform provides all registered players with direct access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time through Account Settings:
11.2 All responsible gaming tools take effect immediately upon activation. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; deposit limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Self-exclusion is irreversible for its stated duration.

12.1 ph56 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to:
12.2 Where an account is closed by ph56 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach.
12.3 Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (e.g., at the Player's own request, or due to market exit), ph56 will return any verified real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method within ten (10) Philippine banking business days.
12.4 Inactive accounts (no login or financial activity for 12+ consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before any inactivity fee is applied.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph56's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 ph56 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
13.3 ph56 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network disruptions, and third-party service failures may cause temporary unavailability, for which ph56 shall not be held liable.
13.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits ph56's liability for death or personal injury caused by ph56's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 This Agreement and all matters arising out of or in connection with it are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14.2 In the event of any dispute between a Player and ph56, the Player should first contact ph56's Customer Support team to seek informal resolution. ph56 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 30 calendar days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, which provides oversight for complaints against PAGCOR-licensed operators.
14.4 For disputes not resolved through PAGCOR's mechanism, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, specifically the courts located in Metro Manila.
15.1 ph56 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email to their registered email address and via a prominent notice on ph56.asia, no less than 14 calendar days before the amendment takes effect (except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or PAGCOR instruction).
15.2 Your continued use of the ph56 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using ph56 and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.3.
15.3 The version of these Terms dated 1 January 2026 supersedes all previous versions. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.
